The ‘The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd Booking Deposit’, if applied to your booking, is a non-refundable transaction fee deducted at the time of booking to verify the booking transaction.

Parties: These terms and conditions are made between The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd and whosoever shall use this website (“the Purchaser”) for the purpose of finding out information about or purchasing the Services provided by The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd. Customers of the Purchaser are specifically not a party to these terms.

Responsibility

By using this website, the Purchaser confirms that they are able and willing to meet any liability incurred as a result thereof. The Purchaser acknowledges that any purchase made on this website is non transferable.

The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd and its suppliers have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website is accurate. The Purchaser acknowledges and accepts that The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in such information.

Credit card security

Credit card details provided on the payment page of Avvio are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the Purchaser’s name, credit card number and expiry date before being communicated via the Internet, thus ensuring the confidentiality of those details while in transit.

Legitimate use of services

The Purchaser may only use this website or the Services of The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd for the specified purposes and hereby undertakes not to make any speculative, false or fraudulent use of this website or the Services on behalf of himself or other parties.

Accommodation

Advanced purchase rates are non-refundable or non-transferable. All other bookings can be cancelled up until 4pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged in full. For any confirmed bookings where the guest does not arrive, full charges will apply

Bookings made with the services

All bookings made with the Services form a contract only between the Purchaser and the parties making the booking.

Display of cancellation policy

It is a condition of the use of The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd system and Services that the Purchaser will display a clear and unambiguous cancellation policy fully compliant with any necessary legal requirements by entering the details in the appropriate section of the Administration facility of the Services.

Indemnity

The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd from and against any liability damage or loss including legal fees and expenses that are incurred as a result of any action, inaction or omission by the Purchaser.

Consequential loss

Under no conditions and in no event shall The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd be liable for any consequential or special damages or losses, however arising (including, but not limited to negligence or breach of this terms and conditions or otherwise) or for any loss of property, data, profit, revenue or business, however caused even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd.

Amendment to these terms and conditions

The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective five days after they are posted on The Abbey Hotel Golf and Country Club Ltd website.

Severability

These terms shall be deemed several. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Children

Please note: children's hours in our swimming pool are restricted every day 10.00am - 12.00pm and 4.00pm - 7.00pm (Thursdays 4.00pm - 6:30pm). Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
