Casual Food and Bar Assistant
This position is for a casual food and bar assistant on a zero contract – as and when required – you must be 18 and above due to bar duties.nd when required.
DUTIES:
Ensure the full provision of food & beverage services to all customers.
To ensure all public areas are customer ready at all times.
Provide a polite & professional service, customer focused at all times.
Welcome guests in a friendly manner with a willing to assist attitude.
Be familiar with current menus & wine lists throughout F&B.
Be familiar with products & services throughout the hotel.
Ensure bar is correctly set up & stocked prior to service.
Ensure closing procedures are followed and all check sheets are completed.
